Purchase & Ship Policies

Premier Tack Outlet specializes in consignments, overstocks, liquidations and close-outs. We are not a retail store and do not have a standard refund policy, although we try to accommodate buyers and want every buyer to be happy with their purchase.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Pre-owned and consignment items: All sales are final and all items are sold "as is". Upon request, we will provide any detailed information you may need about condition or measurements. We only accept high quality used items that are in show condition. They have all been cleaned, conditioned and are ready to use.
New, close-out or discontinued items: A store credit/exchange is possible on all new items within a 48 hours notice. Please try on leather goods and clothing right away and notify us if there is a problem. Buyer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs and item must be returned in it's original condition and packaging.
Our Saddle Trial policy is as follows:
- Length of trial is 3 days (not including day of delivery).
- Saddle must be returned no later than the 3rd business day of the trial (please contact us, if you need an extension)
- Saddle must ship back fully insured with signature confirmation.
- Saddle
must be returned in the same condition (no damage) to receive a full
refund. Please ride only breeches to avoid excessive wear to calfskin
saddles. Do not clean saddle with any products while on trial.
- Full refund will be send within 1 business day minus the original shipping costs. THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Saddle is considered SOLD, if we don't hear from you by the 4th business day.
- All saddles are sold "as is" with no warranty.
Payments accepted: PayPal, all major credit cards through PayPal, checks (7-10 day hold), money orders or cashier's checks. Paypal address PremierTackOutlet@hotmail.com
Shipping and Handling:
All items are shipped within 1 business day of payment via 2-3 day USPS
Priority Mail or 1st Class Mail (small items) with delivery
confirmation. Insurance is not included unless specifically requested and paid by buyer. Heavier
items will ship UPS or Fedex with insurance included up
to $100.00. Insurance over $100.00 is not included unless
requested. Premier Tack Outlet is not responsible for lost or damaged
packages. Overnight delivery available upon request.
We will gladly ship to Canada and all International locations, please e-mail for an exact shipping quote!
Premier Tack Outlet makes no representations and or warranties of any kind whatsoever regarding the goods sold or their safety. Buyers agree to indemnify, defend and hold seller harmless from and against any claims whatsoever. Seller makes not warranties as to the fitness of any item sold for any particular purpose.
